The location of the cottage was perfect, situated in a quiet estate, providing a peaceful retreat. The modern and spacious kitchen was a highlight, equipped with all the necessary appliances. The comfortable sofas allowed for relaxation after a day of exploring. Additionally, the property was clean and well decorated, giving off a welcoming vibe.
Some appliances lacked instructions, which made it a bit challenging to operate them efficiently.

The terrace was a lovely spot for sipping tea and pretending to be posh. The garden was great for pretending to know about flowers. The washing machine was a real lifesaver when I spilled tea on my designer dress.
I just loved not having any instructions for anything! Figuring out the wifi and heating was like a fun game.

the cottage was very spacious and modern, with a kitchen that was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. the only downside was that it got a bit too warm at times, so we had to switch off some radiators. It would be great if there was a thermostat to control the temperature. the sofas were also very comfortable, making it a cozy place to relax. the house was extremely clean, comfortable, and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. the beds were really comfy, and there were extra blankets available for added comfort. When we arrived in the dark, the heating was already on and there were soft lights welcoming us inside, which was a really nice touch. the constant hot water and presence of real plants added to the overall lovely experience. the location of the cottage was also great, making it easy to explore the North East. it was a perfect place for a family stopover. Cons: There was nothing not to love about my stay at the cottage. 🌟.

I recently stayed at a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with parking in the lovely area of Stockton-on-Tees. The cottage was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, making me feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The cottage had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including well-furnished rooms and extra blankets for added coziness. Upon arrival, the heating was already on and soft lights greeted me, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The constant hot water was a bonus, and I appreciated the presence of real plants, which added a touch of freshness to the space. The location of the cottage was also excellent, providing a peaceful and quiet environment.
While my stay overall was fantastic, there were a few minor inconveniences. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust, and I had to run the hot tap at the same time to find an acceptable temperature.
